How to use

Stress Defender™: follow the directions on the label during the day. NoctiSleep®: 2 capsules 30 to 60 minutes before bedtime, adjustable from 1 to 3 capsules to suit you. Femme Balance™: apply to thin skin morning and evening, rotating the area. Do not exceed the recommended daily amount.
