NaturalSlim® Facts
The NaturalSlim® System was developed empirically. The word “empirical” means based on observation and analysis of what has been observed; in other words, it is a system based on OBSERVATION, not theories.
There are hundreds of different diets based on theories about nutrition. Theories are ideas and are not necessarily based on verifiable scientific data or results. For many years, the most repeated advice has been to “count calories,” and yet more and more people are overweight. For most people, calorie-counting diets do not work in the long run.
The other famous theory is that obesity is caused by eating too much fat. This theory gave rise to all the “low fat,” “fat free,” and “light” products that are now everywhere. Yet in the United States fat consumption fell by 16% in fourteen years, according to the CSFII survey of the US Department of Agriculture (USDA) from the 1990s, and obesity kept rising. In other words, people ate less fat and, even so, there was more and more obesity.
Both the calorie theory and the fat control theory are based on ideas that, at first glance, seemed to make a lot of sense. However, time has shown that neither of them has produced the only thing that is valuable in practice: OBSERVABLE RESULTS.
NaturalSlim® is based on OBSERVATION. After accompanying thousands of people since 1998, Frank Suárez and his team saw that some things came back in almost every case. Those observations are the basis of the 4 factors of the NaturalSlim® System: knowledge, eating for your metabolism type, food supplements and a consultant at your side.
