Thick bowel movements or less regular bowel movement can contribute to various discomforts, including obesity. If you experience hard, thick bowel movements and it does not become softer and more regular, it will be difficult to maintain a healthy body weight. When undigested food remains in the intestines for a prolonged time, waste products can be generated that can have unfavourable effects and result in other discomforts.

HOW TO FIND THE CORRECT DOSE
Use 4 capsules distributed throughout the day to see if that dosage achieves bowel movement the next day or during the same day. The dose is increased or decreased as necessary. If a (more) comfortable bowel movement is not achieved the next day, you can increase the dose by 1 additional capsule (example: 4 + 1 = 5 capsules). Do this for each day that passes without smooth bowel movement.
It can happen that with the initial 4 capsules you experience “too soft” a bowel movement. The daily dose is then reduced by 1 capsule each new day (example: 4 - 1 = 3 capsules) until achieving a comfortable bowel movement, that is neither too hard nor too soft.
The idea is to FIND and daily take THE RIGHT DOSAGE of CONSTIPEND™ to achieve at least one regular and comfortable bowel movement every day.
