METABOLIC PROTEIN™ Vanilla

METABOLIC PROTEIN™ is a special whey protein shake. It contains only 5 grams of carbohydrates per serving. The shake is used to support the metabolism and helps reduce the rise of blood glucose after meals. It is therefore enriched with vitamins and minerals and thus can be used as a complete "meal replacement" as well. The shake is also complemented with special enzymes and amino acids like L-Glutamine. These nutrients are very useful during a diet program aimed at supporting the metabolism.

USAGE: Take one portion METABOLIC PROTEIN™ with or instead of a meal. Blend 2 tablespoons in a blender or shaker with 250 ml water. Add more or less water for the desired thickness. Add 1-2 ice cubes as wanted.

RECIPE! NATURALSLIM® SUPER MORNING SHAKE

10 oz glass serving

In a shaker or large glass, add:

8 ounces of water and two ice cubes (optional)

2 scoops of Metabolic Protein™ of your favourite flavor

1 tablespoon of Lecithin granules during the first month of use. After the first month increase the amount of Lecithin granules to 2 tablespoons daily.

To support your metabolism maximally, it is recommended to add Coco-10 Plus Organic Coconut Oil to this recipe. Start with 1⁄2 tablespoon per serving to a maximum of 4 tablespoons per serving. You do this by increasing the dose with 1⁄2 tablespoon per week. If you have an excited nervous system, it is recommended to limit the increase to a maximum of one tablespoon.
